Moving 7 HR and payroll products to the cloud

Context
LG builds one of Brazil’s leading payroll systems, used by large companies such as Vale, Globo, Votorantim and Linx. Rewriting the suite for a SaaS model required an in-depth study of each product, and the employee self-service portal was one of the central parts of that work.
What I did
- From research to validation. I led the move of the whole 7-product suite to the cloud, with research, prototyping and validation with customers.
- Employee self-service portal. I recreated the employee portal, one of the most used parts of the product, for the new model.
- Design culture. For 3 years I led the design team, handling training and task distribution, and brought Design Thinking, Design Sprints and agile methods into the company’s process.
