The information architecture that became an ERP's standard
At TOTVS, I defined the information architecture of Winthor, an ERP for retail and distribution, validated it with more than 30 users, and saw it adopted as the standard for new products.

Context
Winthor came from another software company, acquired in 2013. Since then the product had been adjusted to match its new owner’s identity, but the user experience and the look had barely changed. That’s why the company decided to invest in a full modernization.
I joined the cross-functional product team in a large-scale agile setup, contributing research, metrics definition and prototyping.
What I did
- Information architecture. I owned the definition of the product’s whole information architecture: organization, navigation, search and labeling.
- Research and validation. I ran usability tests and ideation sessions with more than 30 users from different market segments, across 3 prototype fidelity levels. These tests informed the product decisions.
- Design system. I contributed to updating and evolving Animália, the design system used across all TOTVS products.
Results
The information architecture I defined became the standard for the company’s new products.
